Pin the Tail
on the Donkey
For this popular kids’ party game you will need a large picture
of a donkey without a tail - though don’t worry about the
missing tail if you’re using a poster - and a tail made of
cardboard, paper or string.
To play, blindfold each child in turn, turn them around a couple
of times, point them in the right direction, then tell them to ‘pin’
the tail on the donkey - write their name at their chosen spot.
After all the kids have had a turn the one whose name is nearest
to wear the tail is supposed to be wins the game, and a small party
prize.
Remember you can always replace the donkey with another animal
such as a kitten, puppy or pony or perhaps something that ties in
with a kids’ party theme such as a dinosaur or monster. |
