First you will need to decide on your budget; then the date and
the time of the party, how long the party should last and where
the party is to be held, for example at home or in a hall. Deciding
on a venue is important, as the amount of space you have will determine
how many kids can reasonably be invited, and any hall rental costs
can also be taken into account.
Also, bear in mind that when kids get together they can sometimes
become a little unruly, so decide whether you will need any help
on the day – and the chances are you probably will –
if so, try enlisting the help of a relative, a good friend, or one
or two of the mommies of the invited children. You may have to increase
the number of helpers depending on how many kids are invited.
